As executrix of an estate, I recently had occasion to use the services of Carla and Chris Sturino of Royal LePage as real estate agents.

Their initial presentation was of the highest quality, which was the reason I chose them to sell the property.  I found them to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Real Estate Market and they performed a tremendous job of advertising, open houses, showings etc.  At the same time, they never failed to keep me fully informed of the proceedings.

The property sold within 2 weeks of the first open house and sold for almost the asking price, despite the fact that the market was very slow at that time.

Therefore, I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and wish them the best of luck, in their careers.

I wanted to thank you for your great assistance in selling my condo at 2285 Lake Shore Blvd.  From the moment I met both of you, you proved to be very professional, prompt, and very accomodating in every detail of the entire process. 
Even though we were all handling different stages in life, being: the death of my husband and the birth of a little one in Chris's family, we were able to manage our obligations with our families with the different time frames and schedules set by the selling of a property.

We had been in our family home 25 years when we decided to move to Etobicoke. It has been exactly one year since I moved into my new condo in central Etobicoke. It was the first property I had ever owned on my own and I wanted to make sure I did everything right. So in addition to finding a good and trustworthy mortgage broker, getting a pre approved mortgage,  and contacting my long time lawyer, I needed a real estate agent who could advise me on the intricacies of purchasing real estate and help me find what I was looking for. I was eventually referred to Chris and Carla Sturino, a young, hard working brother and sister team. 

I knew I wanted a condominium somewhere in the west end but that was it. So began the journey of sifting through potential listings Chris and Carla sent by email everyday, making appointments for viewing and planning to move from a three bedroom bungalow to a two bedroom condo. Through out this rather stressful time, both Chris and Carla were most professional, helpful to a fault, and supportive-at the same time that Chris was closely monitoring his cell phone waiting for his wife to go into labour with their first child! They worked tirelessly days, evenings and weekends and finally we found a suitable property and I moved into my beautiful condo in May 19, 2006. Oh, by the way, Chris became the proud father of a baby boy soon after.

I would certainly call upon the Sturinos if I ever wanted to move again.

We were introduced to Carla by friends who, with her help, had just bought their first home.  As first-time buyers ourselves, we were concerned with finding the right agent to lead us through the process.  Carla was positive, patient, and extremely helpful in finding the right home for us.  She had just as much enthusiasm and excitement over our buying a house as we did; never once pressuring us. Having grown up in a real estate family, she had the knowledge and confidence to help with our decisions.  It was like having a friend help find a house that we needed.  We recommend Carla to good friends and family and will call her when it’s time for house number two.
